Senior AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer at Victory Square Partners, you will use your skills to build — together with your colleagues — complex AI enabled web applications for our U.S.-based clients.

• At least 4 years of experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence

• Experience as a Technical Lead is a plus

• Good knowledge of Python

• Experience with generative artificial intelligence frameworks and services (such as Ollama, llama.cpp, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.) is a plus

• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms such as XGBoost, logistic regression, and clustering algorithms

• Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)

• Foundational knowledge of mathematics and statistics is a plus

• Be creative by nature, thirsty to learn the latest and greatest techniques as they come out

• Familiarity with version control systems

• The ability to be a strong individual contributor and also a pair programming partner

• A strong desire to learn, while helping others to do so

• Great adaptability to change

• Great communication skills

• English fluency, both spoken and written

• Romanian fluency, both spoken and written
