Technical Lead with .NET

As a .NET Technical Lead you will use your tech know-how and leadership skills to take ownership of innovative web solutions for our U.S. based clients.

You’ll get the chance to work with the latest technologies and raise the tech bar by proposing and implementing complex back-end solutions. You’ll collaborate with your team, offering them guidance, mentorship, and feedback, while continuing to learn and grow yourself. Simply put, you’ll click with them on every level.

Sounds good?

• At least 7 years of experience in web development
• Extensive knowledge of .NET (you will work with .NET 8)
• Experience with at least one SQL database
  
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with a cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems
• A strong desire to help others and act as a servant leader
• The ability to be a strong individual contributor and also a pair programming partner
• Great adaptability to change
• Great communication skills
• English fluency, both spoken and written
  
• Romanian fluency, both spoken and written
